Jon is a lifelong resident of Blair County and a graduate of Altoona Are High School. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Jon has over 35 years of working with youth and families assisting them with overcoming obstacles present in their lives. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and any sports related activity by either watching or participating. Jon is active in the community and often participates in community functions centered around youth and families.
